The project will total 24 units and will include underground parking. Each unit will range in size from 2,000 to 6,000 square feet.
JMAC Architects, the designer of the 4 story buildings is not new to using DELTABEAM® and has used this structural solution in another project in Pittsburgh. On this particular project, DELTABEAM® helped JMAC to achieve long spans and a slim floor. P.J. Dick Inc. is the General Contractor, Zamagias Properties is the developer, and the structural engineering firm is Whitney, Bailey, Cox and Magnani, LLC.
The second building is set to be completed in 2021.
