The project involves the construction of 300 villas and development of 30 plots at Al Hayer, Al Ain. Villas comprising 2 floors, will be built in Area 1 that covers area of approximately 1,172,112 square metres. The plots will be developed on Area 2 spanning approximately 363,760 square metres.The residential unit in the project will consist of two floors comprising five bedrooms, one Majlis for males, a living room, kitchen, as well as a maid room and a driver room. The units will meet the sustainability requirements as stipulated by UPC.
The project also comprises of a retail center, a community center, a nursery and a clinic; 360 metres for commercial outlets and two mosques of 2700 and 900 m2 respectively.
